The project aimed at expanding ABC Education’s offerings to better engage lifelong learners and higher education users. The primary goal was to broaden the user base and increase engagement by aligning content with a more scientific classification system. Additionally, the platform planned to provide career-related resources that are categorised based on these scientifically organised learning paths, making it easier for users to explore career options related to their learning interests.

Most of the interviewees indicated that the transportation cost is high and accompanied by a high cost of time, and that they did not have excellent solution to facilitate this. Consistent with the assumption.



When we finished the first version of the prototype and started internal testing, wequickly realized that the course cards were too large, taking up almost the entirescreen, and that users couldn't access the right amount of content. It would havebeen difficult to spot this problem if we hadn't actually run the prototype.At the same time, many users wanted to see more basic information on the card,such as the course instructor and course completion status, etc. Integrating this keyinformation into the course card page optimized the previously cumbersome steps

In early user journey mapping tests, we found that many of our testers were havingproblems with the course navigation button, and that they were spending far moretime on this section than we expected.In post-testing interviews, they reported that after selecting a SUBJECT, thenavigation bar did not clearly show the selected option, which prevented them fromcompleting their selection in a timely manner. In response, we redesigned thenavigation button, enhancing the visuals to emphasize the user's choices throughhighlighting and underlining.
